Another exciting announcement…
Work has started to launch “The TurnKey Landlord” book series. Unlike “The TurnKey Investing” series which has focused largely on the individual investor, “TurnKey Landlording” will accomodate a different community, the property management industry.
Having been involved with property management since I was a teenager with my family’s rental properties, I have also worked in Property Management with commercial buildings and hotels during my years in the corporate world. Actively managing our own investment portfolio has truly forced us to be great property managers.
I am looking forward to sharing the “universal” techniques and distinctions that have worked tremendously well over the years whether it was a single-family home, a hotel, or an office building.
“The TurnKey Landlord” series will have an all-new look to it. My graphic designer and I are currently coming up with visual concepts we will be working on in the weeks to come.
The first “TurnKey Landlord” book will be released in the 1st quarter 2006. Stay tuned for more updates.

An exciting announcement…
My latest book project “The TurnKey Investor’s Essential Lease-Opton Lessons” is in its final stages of review. We are trying to catch as many of the little mistakes and errors that always seem to creep into every book project. And for the very first time, I will be including a Charitable Organization page into my books. It will list those charities that I personally support and hope it will inspire others to do the same.
I am excited by release the release of this latest book. “TurnKey Investing with Lease-Options” has been well-received and a followup was almost inevitable. “The TurnKey Investor’s Essential Lease-Opton Lessons” will contain actual stories and case studies from our own investment properties and portfolio. It will also contain the latest updates, techniques, and distinctions we use in the management of our lease-options portfolio.
I anticipate the book will be available for sale the week before Thanksgiving. Check back for more announcements.

In recent years, I have felt a greater calling to be involved and contribute to charitable organizations. I have been quite fortunate in my life. Despite any personal setbacks I have experienced in my own life, they do not compare to the pain and suffering I see in the world.
Many people say that what they do don’t make a difference or doesn’t make a big enough difference. Personally, I think every little bit helps and I get peace of mind that I have tried to do my part by making a small contribution. I am also trying to do my part by leading by example.
I don’t want to make a big speech or anything but I do want to let people know that I am doing my small part. And if that can influence or motivate someone, then I will have helped the cause. Donations are very easy. And it can be as small as $5 or $10. Are you willing to give up one lunch to help someone? To me, it is an easy “YES”.
I will be compiling a list of charitable organizations that I personally support and endorse. As of this writing, Red Cross and The Smile Train are at the top of the list. I am quite confident I will be finding more organizations I will want to help financially support.
